but if you want color pencils, the water color pencils should be what you need. just learn how to use em' right.
markers are usually best to me, i have a freind that colors characters in marker. check her out,
and ask me if you want to use photo shop with out a mouse...
i don't usually color my characters other than in a graphite pencil or a black marker. so i'm not too good with anything other than that
